Westlands Water District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno, CA. If you have a passion for customer service and a background in accounting or business administration, we want to hear from you!
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fresno, CA
Annual Salary Range: $65,976 - $72,744

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently and courteously.
- Manage water usage and allocations, including transfers and overuse.
- Handle accounts receivable, cash receipts, and delinquent accounts.
- Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with the development and modification of customer accounting systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed one year of college (30 semester units) in Business Administration, Accounting, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in customer service accounting work.
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
